You can find the refills online,or at some art stores.Unfortunately its very hard to find copics at stores. For some reason people just don't want to retail them.

O.O Wow! I never new this would be so popular! thanks.Dont forget to fav hotarus art acadamy version of it (if its posted) she deserves just as much credit! ^^
